    Were these all low level call center monkeys? Did you escalate to someone with authority not reading off a script, who could negotiate with you? If not, then that's pretty standard fare and I doubt you'd have experienced different treatment on any other network.

    For Tmobile, if you've been with them for a while, you also have the option to go straight to the loyalty dept, where you will be treated with more respect.

    Personally I've had much worse billing and acct CS from Verizon and ATT than TMO.

    You definitely should consider prepaid tho. Unfortunately, the best prepaid deal right now is from Tmobile!
