cant be 12 years as diary claims. IT wasVoiceStream Wireless in 2001, when sold to a german company who then named it T-Mobile in 2002.

The name T-Mobile did not exist 12 years ago.

I have T-Mobile, $60 a month unlimited everything. Been with them since 2005. I'm not on a credit plan so if I dont pay every month they will disco.

Since I recently upgraded to a droid, I am familiar with all the T-Mobile USA payment plans, none of this story about $575 makes sense. Claiming someone went over on minutes...... to the tune of over $500 is not believable.

I was a Voice Stream customer and now a T-Mobile customer.  My family plan had us sharing 1200 minutes.  Some months we'd go over and the result was a really big bill.

Rather than T-Mobile suggesting we switch to the newer plans that offered unlimited minutes, they let us keep going over our minutes and racking up big bills.

I'm still a customer, but have not experienced any customer service with them.
