    Certainly not the same buildings.  No depreciation, or minimal depreciation potential.  Better start off new.  

     This is a big gamble for them.  For one, as mentioned above, we are experiencing wider choices for food and snacks.  It's only nostalgia driving this headline.  Also one must remember what sent Int'l Bakeries on the ropes in the first place:  the low carb diet fad.

    If anyone thinks for one minute that these hedgies haven't thought about many of the parameters of potential liquidation, I have a bridge to sell....cheap.  They, in my opinion, were hoping to get concessions, and sell it to someone else.  If that didn't work, Plan B was to liquidate and cut their losses...my views....
