  •  Have the whole set (10+ / 0-)

I bought the beginnings of it mid 90s. The batteries last or about 5 years. t the rste I use them I only keep 3 around.
I love em, theyve been a game changer for me, like nailguns were for me when I first started using them (1980ish)
I've got everything but the impact driver. I got the jigsaw and small grinder this year. Its good they sell these just bare, no batteries or charger, makes em cheaper.
I use the drill and circular saw all the time, This whole thing is being done without having to drag around extension cords in,a HUGE advantage when youre living in the project. I'm still using pneumatic nailguns with compressor which is another HUGE advamtage. I couldn 't do these projects if I had to swing a hammer all day, plus it takes a lot  longer and more care not to leave marks.

using a 2" finish nail gun put that little cab together quick on the  spot. Try doing that with a hammer.

    Happy just to be alive

      cordless drivers.

Hate woodputty. Love filler buttons -- a dowel, a fineblade in the Dremel tool, and a little stain ... Presto!
