    Facebook passwords even if "secure browsing" is enabled even from their own homes assuming they are using WEP or even have WPS enabled (and many of the routers that your ISP gives you won't let you disable WPS).  There is something out there called SSLstrip which will turn secure https pages into regular http ones by acting as a proxy (through ARP spoofing if you know what that is).

    In fact, all that woman in the office would have to do (if she didn't care about getting into the kids home networks) is to get an Android phone or tablet, root it (trivial on many of them like the Nexus and the cheap no-name Chinese crap), and then install the facebook password/session sniffing software on it (yes, there is an app for that!), and she could get all the Facebook account information she wants assuming anyone got onto Facebook from the church's free wifi.
