    apartments I used to live in while i n Nashville. 2-4-1. People would order extra meat or veggies. Next morning the Dumpsters would be full of PJs pizza boxes including the crusts. My neighbor said it was a cheap way to get cheap veggies, meat, and cheese. They use the ingredients in their own recipes. It was more economical than what they could get from SNAP. They all hated the flavorless and often oily, dry and over or undercook crusts.
