    Plus there are people that know how to track anonimizing signals. It's a question of who's doing the tracking. I would guess that the CIA & FBI have some experts in this area.

      I have no actual knowledge of it, but clearly they have such capabilities, as does the NSA and other such agencies. It's simply implausible that they don't. How good they are, to what purposes they're using such capabilities and with what legality, I don't know.
