    and nail.  They know it is the thin end of the wedge.

    Insurance is a product.  Like any product, you maintain your profit by being able to make people want your product but limit their abilility to buy your product.

    The absolute best dynamic for sellers is very high demand/very low supply.  In that scenario, you can charge whatever you want even if it results in obscene profits and untold suffering.

    Obamacare wipes that dynamic out.  Insurers are now nothing more than conduits to supply.  They no longer have a product only a service.  In time, insurers won't want to underwrite the risk of insuring people and will only want to be provide the service of administration.  In insurance, this is called "Administrative Service Only" policies; someone pays the cost, the insurer provides the service.

    The irony is, those states that are refusing to set up the exchanges and are passing the ball back to the Federal Government, are speeding up the process.

    Tax and Spend I can understand. I can even understand Borrow and Spend. But Borrow and give Billionaires tax cuts? That I have a problem with.
