    If you explore vitamins & supplements at all, you may want to put this on your research/experimentation list.

    Warming to a Cold War Herb

    Different from ginseng, which for me at least, gives a boost but doesn't fight overall fatigue.  When I have to stay up late and remain mentally focused and NOT end up hungover/dead the next day, rhodiola has been my reliable savior.  Not sure if there are any negative side effect potentials, I haven't experienced any at all.  A friend with Lyme disease has her doctors go-ahead to use it, it's helping her maintain focus and reduce fatigue, as well.
