    Employers asking for social media passwords shows a few things about the employer-
    A) they don't follow rules (not allowed to give out Facebook password or you violate Facebooks rules)

    B) If you were to give the interviewer your Facebook password, how can the employer trust you with THEIR company passwords or secrets?

    C) If the company has nothing better to do than to look on your social network, they're probably not a very good company in the 1st place.

    If they have the time to send you a silly email trying to put you down, clearly the person needs more work to do because they shouldn't have time in their day to send useless emails.
