    your response.  It was already obvious that you weren't going to be working there.  So sending them an unemotional but precise formal response regarding their own shortcomings was ideally professional and nasssty as dousing that lout in piss and vinegar.  I'm sure he thinks twice about sending the next candidate a comprehensive description of ambiguous sins, so you are doing all future applicants a service.  With luck, if someone gets hold of your e-mail, he could be in hot water as well.

    Good luck on your primary goal of finding a job where you WILL be a "good fit".  It's hard to be enthusiastic when you go to work for bastards.
