    going to have to accept that "beg the question" is a phrase with two meanings. The English language is sufficiently flexible to accommodate both.

      we have to accept "you're" for "your" and vice versa? At what point to we have language standards? If popularity of misuse is the main criterion then I guess I'll have to reluctantly accept you're point.
