  •  In our case, the police brot the Walmart (12+ / 0-)

manager out and announced that she was going to give us a formal no-trespassing order, and then she did. It included all of the parking lot and all of the grass right up to the sidewalk. We were told to get off the grass next to the sidewalk.

We pointed out that we were on chick fillet grass. So then the cops went and got the chick fillet manager to give us the same order. So the cops were actually actively seeking no-trespassing orders against us.

Then they took my name and Julies name, so that we are now on record as having 2 no-trespassing orders against us.

And then they sat and watched to make sure that nary a toe touched the grass next to the side walk.

I don't care about the no-trespassing orders, don't eat chick fillet crap and don't shop at Walmart anyway.

What I don't like is my taxes going to pay for city to cops to act as a private security force. If a home owner had a no-trespassing order out against someone, would a cop sit in their drive way to enforce it?

    Highly unlikely.
