    congress can stand on its head, spit wooden nickels while sticking their fingers in their ears and singing "lalalalalalala" at the top of their lungs - but even that would not negate the responsibility of the executive.

      What info does he need to provide and to who's satisfaction?  And that's assuming he's not providing anything, which isn't the case...  As shady as the drone program is, it's very irresponsible on your part to place sole secretiveness of the program on one person.  You are purposely ignoring the fact that both chambers of the Capitol fully back this program and their contentedness (possibly the wrong word) with it not being under public scrutiny.  Also, where's the finger wagging to those country's governments that allow the strikes to happen?
