    on 8/22 memphis levels were projected at -9.6 feet

    current memphis levels are -1 foot.  Similar values for st. louis.  A 5 foot drop is a significant amount and won't happen unless the midwest gets no precipitation over the next month or so.

    In addition, boilers make steam in power generation processes and then is recirculated, they don't take water directly from a river and run it through a steam turbine.  They condense the steam and re-use it.
