    I forgot.  UCAVs are unique in that they're the only combat aircraft to ever make noise or fly over residences and places of work.  My apologies.

      to instil constant lowgrade terror in general populations of people with whom we are not at war... but none so cheap and relatively risk free.

        Even more convenient.  But in the scope of overall spending in the AOR the additional cost is negligible at the current operating tempo.  Risk for today's combat aviators is very low, too.
