  •  At least the US is a democracy; the EZ is not (2+ / 0-)

Recently, the "enlightened" Eurocrats in Brussels appointed Viceroys in Greece and Italy.

And the ECB (European Central Bank) has decided to violate German sovereignty by monetizing debt.

For all its faults, the US is a democracy.  Romney could have won, but did not.

In the Eurozone, you hear things like, "The EuroZone is Irreversible".

Indeed, the "enlightened" Eurocrats in Brussels can't entertain the "quaint" concept of democracy.  Even as majorities in country after country demand "less Europe", these overpaid Eurocrats insist that the typical voter is too "ignorant" to realize what's good for him.

Quite pathetic, actually, those Eurocrats presiding over the EZ.
