  •  I listened to the entire interview & didn't come.. (0+ / 0-)

come to the conclusion that the AG questioned the legitimacy of Obama's re-election. That's an over-reach interpretation, IMHO.
A female co-hort of the radio host brought up the topic of voter photo ID. The male radio host ended on the issue of Obamacare. I feel like I wasted almost 10 minutes on a stupid right-wing radio talk show for a startling quote about Obama's presidential term(s) as not legal. It was a big disappointment to hear the interview. Nothing new.

I share a birthday with John Lennon and Bo Obama.

When talk turned to alleged episodes of voter fraud, co-host Cheri Jacobus said on the Nov. 20 broadcast that Obama lost every state where photo ID is necessary to vote.

(That's not entirely accurate -- Obama carried Michigan and Florida, state that have what the National Conference of State Legislatures deems "non-strict" photo ID laws.)

"He can't win in a state where photo ID is required," Jacobus said. "So clearly there's something going on out there."

"Your tone suggests you're a little upset with me," Cuccinelli responded. "You're preaching to the choir. I'm with you completely."

    •  I just listened to it again and he most definitely (1+ / 0-)

questioned the legitimacy of the election.  He said "you're preaching to the choir" and "I'm with you completely" to their ravings about how Obama supposedly stole the election. Crazy shit.
