These comments, after all we've been through, are so fucking tiring.  The insinuation in your wording is that the administration is NOT working for ordinary Americans and you chose a diary that was a celebration of the President winning his election.  I'm sorry but the majority of us happen to believe we've got one of the toughest and brightest fighters the Democratic Party has seen in decades and I happen to trust him to use whatever bargaining tools and words he needs to use to get us the most he can given the laws and powers that come with our system of government.

      •  The toughest and brightest fighter the Dem. Party (0+ / 0-)

has seen in decades has asked repeatedly for us to push him on progressive issues. He has repeatedly said not to "go home" after elections. So I think it is appropriate to bring up issues that we think are important and that it shouldn't be taken as an insult.

If you think about it, the Tea Party "pushed" the GOP to oppose Obamacare. It might be easier to push now, than to have to react to them after they cause more damage.

        •  This is your idea of pushing?? (1+ / 0-)

to find a diary celebrating a victory and PUBLICLY bash the guy, insinuate that he's not working to help the Americans to put him into office?  Oh yeah, if I were in a position of authority that approach would really fucking motivate me.  No, that's not pushing or constructive criticism.  It's bashing.  There's a White House website, phone numbers, Congressional offices, the Democratic Party itself, hundreds of ways you can urge the President to go down the path you want without putdowns and insinuations.

Start your own diary - "What I'm hoping for out of the budget negotiations" and begin with the assumption of respect for the man and office.  If I were him and I actually had time to read DKos, that might catch my attention.

          •  I am not bashing President Obama. I volunteered (0+ / 0-)

many hours to get him re-elected. I was responding to another comment, not trying to take over anyone's diary.

I didn't mean to put anyone down, nor to insinuate anything. I think you are confusing me with someone else.

Or maybe you just don't like my ideas. Your right. I think you are mean. Good-bye.
