for every dollar that is spent?  This is still a Grand Bargin where someone gets screwed.  So who gets screwed out of the extra dollar and fifty cents and I think the answer to that is us on Medicare, Social Security, and/or Medicaid.  I too voted knowning all along that was the only choice I was given, but I didn't fool myself into believing that anyone was on my side or concern about my welfare especially being disabled.  If you tell people over and over again their no good eventually they will begin to behave and believe the message, its psychological.  And this message has been being sent out over and over again on the campaign trail, especially by the Republicans with messengers like Ryan, and in the media, and on almost every talk show and by some in our own party.

This whole Grand Bargin and/or hostage taking is becoming more and more psychological to wear down the hostages, not anyone else.  They already know what they are going to do, this is just trying to get the hostages worn down enough to accept their fate.

The mentality of America where the wealthy are better taken care of then anyone else is a real switch in thinking than when I grew up in the late fifties and sixties.  If they destroy all the social program in the name of austerity it still will not help the ecomony get better, it will only get worse.  Trouble is our politicians are so out of touch with the middle class and the poor they can't relate to how their policies effect the population.
