    liked politician from a red state (like Napolitano or Sebelius) and taking a politician from MA where Dems should be able to win the Senate race.

      Yet they gave us Senator Trucknuts for two years.  Brown will leave office with high favorability ratings in Mass.  He would be a serious threat in any special election, assuming he still wants the job.  He already has two years in the Senate under his belt, and would be much, much harder to unseat in 2014 than he was this year.

      Seriously, why the fuck are Democrats even thinking about playing this dangerous game with Massachusetts senate seats?  Dems should focusing resources on defending vulnerable seats in 2014, or even picking up a few, not handing safe-D seats to the opposition.
