    Because they are people who depend on their reputation for being right.
    And because we've developed a competitive culture that punishes anything less than perfect.
    Being wrong in some instances can mean your election or your appearance bookings.
    To my mind, when someone that I respect and learn from, finds they've made an error and corrects it, that's instructive because you get to see their process on both sides of an issue. And you get a read on the personality.
    This letter is brilliant, shows her ability to change her position in relation to new information, shows her in a position where people have already donated, that has to be honored, even if it does mean forwarding those donations to the Sally and she atones for her mistake personally. That's a good person. And someone I could probably trust in the future because I know that if she gets it wrong, she'll come back and correct it.
    Rachel's like that too.

    If I ran this circus, things would be DIFFERENT!
