    when he thought he could negotiate the the R's at the beginning of his first term. He wound up negotiating with himself & losing the House. It looks like he's learned his lesson.
    He's made his tax rate position very clearly & the R's are afraid to offer up specific cuts. So we go over the edge of the Fiscal Bluff & then watch the R's squirm.
    If PBO & Harry Ried are willing to fight we need to push them hard. With filibuster reform & 2 years of ground work we can re-take the House & then really make some progress.
    We also need to push for a good replacement for Geithner.
