    ...candidate and run a great campaign. We've seen this work before folks. If they want to push their guy further right, let 'em. The Democratic nominee can grab the middle.

    Can we field a Progressive to take the seat? I doubt it. Can we find someone who will vote with us 80% of the time? Yes, that is doable.

      than any Republican, as far as I'm concerned. I agree that a Republican primary will make them all look like fools, and a strong Dem candidate could win it. The question is, who could that possibly be?
