      2 part time jobs and she will not eligible for any insurance program unless she manages to get a fulltime job. So she basically has a cheap Blue Cross plan for about 400 a month and while it does not cover a lot, it prevents her losing her house or going bankrupt if she is hospitalized.  Granted, she pays a lot of pocket if she needs tests or xrays but at least she is covered for surgery and hospitalization if that is needed.

      So far, it's better than what I had before. It does have a fairly high deductible, or whatever you call it. I'm such a moron when it comes to this stuff. I always have to get someone to help me figure it out.
