    and the story I got is that Rep Herrera-Beutler "wants to read all legislation before she votes on it".  All you ever get from her is office is a song-and-dance.  She does not want to be nailed down on ANYTHING, which is why she doesn't hold town halls (just meet-and-greets with a pricey entry fee).  I told her aide she should get on with the reading so some voting could be done.
