    If they want to do the traditional thing by wearing a number, they really have no choice but to use his. If she had a special number maybe they could use that.

      I've seen sports teams do that when someone close to the team who doesn't have a number (coach, broadcaster, etc) passes. No reason they couldn't put KP on there.

      it will be assumed to honor him and his "service" if you will. Why bother. It's up to the rest of us to keep the truth about what happened here first.  Perhaps Kasandra's name could be used in conjunction with the violence against women's act, or something similar.

      I was making coffee early this morning when it hit me ... was his gun legal.

      I abhor guns more than the violence that IS football.

      Women are 51% of the population yet are represented in congress by barely 17%! Until our representation reflects the population, we risk sliding backwards .....

        They didn't mention the victim here, but I think that's because they didn't want to call attention to the fact that Belcher killed her.
