    researchers are now finding it, you don't need to suffer 'serious' head injuries, you just need to get mildly concussed on a regular basis to cause this problem.  

    In fact, there are some indications that even high school level players are developing these issues.

    NOT letting Javon off the hook in any way, shape or form.  In fact, this may have nothing to do with what happened.   And whether it did or not in no way excuses the media minimizing the fact that he committed murder, first and foremost.

    But this type of sustained repeated head injury HAS done similar damage to enough players to more than suggest that just like we are creating walking bombs with TBI's and PTSD when soldiers return from war, we are also creating them in our sports franchises.  The pro players get compensated in the millions to take the risk.  The college and high school level players don't know the risk they are taking, probably for nothing.
