      And wake me up when someone like Björgólfur Þór actually gets tried.  Really, is there anything in any of that that you'd like me to address that wasn't addressed above?  At least the last of your articles is fairly honest, although it really distorts the economic pictures, given that A) the Icelandic economy plunged a lot further, a lot sooner, and thus would be expected to be growing faster now, and B) Icelandic unemployment has always been historically low (usually 1-3%), while Irish unemployment has been historically higher and very decadally-volatile (usually 4-17%), and the Icelandic unemployment figures were taken from the seasonal Icelandic unemployment low (there's a strong seasonal component to employment figures here).  Taking all that into account, there's nothing particularly spectacular about the current Icelandic economic picture.  And she mentions nothing about the fact that what we make is worth half as much as it was before the crash (which hasn't improved one bit) or that we're under the distorting influence of currency controls.

      But again, at least it's better than the other stuff.
