    anyone have experience with the plug in "this is how I drive" thing? I drive less then 5,000 miles a year and am thinking about going for it, but it also seems like more Big Brother stuff to me.

      This is experience with Progressive. They only drop your rates or leave them the same based on the results. They are basically checking for hard braking and late-night driving. No test for speeding. It sucks a little juice, even when the car is not being used, so if this is a car that isn't much used or your battery is old, you may get a rude surprise of a dead battery when you decide to use it.
