  •  I've used the following (17+ / 0-)

Hicks in the sticks - those who choose to live away from the urban sprawl, but may be moderate to liberal, but tend to vote R due to tradition and "second amendment" reasons.  They often drive to large cities, or even work in them, or to see a sporting event, but always take off for hunting season.

Hillbillies - Those who have never had any contact with large cities, minorities, and tend to work/live in a very confined space.  They do not participate much politics, rarely vote, and the culture is that of Miller Lite drinkers and "hatin teh gay".  Defenders of Jesus, though rarely go to church or read the bible.

Teabillies - Those who can live anywhere, rural or urban, but have been convince by the "alternative to teh libral media, or by der churches" that Obama is the great Satan.  While they physically connect to their communities and cities, they more isolated by common sense and reality than the previous two groups.

95% of all life forms that once existed on earth are now extinct. It is only a matter of time until the Republicans follow suit.
