      Hey Mary Anne (wo - sorry, that just threw me for a second), just reading about this now, but how does the sale to LA affect the Moapa's fight with the coal plant? First look says they'd rather replace Nevada's power source, yeah?

      It is still in the approval stage, with approvals from BLM and I think BIA still to come.  K-Road power, the developer, is listing this to be operational in 2015

      As for whether the PPA is part of the financing, I don't know, although typically the existence of a PPA is a requirement for financing, or at least brings costs down (seeing as an agreement to buy the power reduces the financial risk involved).  I'd guess that the revenue stream would be used to pay for the financing, but couldn/t finance it directly.

          I think that was for the BIA ground leaase approval, but it appears  the formal ROW (for the transmission tie-in) hasn't been been issued yet

          Still, all done but the shouting, given that the final ROD is out, yes.
