    They have also gone audaciously on the offensive.  It is time to "out-audacious" them to force them on defense for a change.  

    It would be nice to start with a living wage bill followed by rolling back the pro-employer/anti-labor provisions of the Taft-Hartley Act (1947): the law took away workers' rights to use secondary boycotts, made closed shops illegal, allowed "Right-to-Work" laws, and gave employers the ability to prevent workers from organizing.

    Another needed action is to add worker protections by targeting anti-union/worker discrimination through the Civil Rights Act.  It is time for ALL workers to have the same rights to unionize, collectively bargaining, and strike.  These labor rights SHOULD NOT be determined based on the state workers live in or the jobs they do.

    Another legislative "kick-in-the-stomach" needs to target person-hood protections for corporations, off-shoring, and penalties for overseas production.
