      Why? It's a major news story. Why the rush to censor discussion?

      It got to 25 comments of which the moderator had removed 7 before the the Guardian posted...

      After a few minutes all comments were removed from the article. Its still as the top story, but without any comments attached and the ability to comment removed.

        reporting as fact that the death penalty had been removed from the "Kill The Gays" bill.

        They didn't talk to human rights activists or the US State Dept that dispute that claim by the bill's author.
