    This includes malfeasance. You have to figure that firing 136 times is outside anybody's ideas about police procedure.

    Be useful to build a database that records the spacial characteristics for each firing of a weapon. Also, of course, who pulled the triggers and the timings where possible.

    Restaging the events will show you what happened. there is software to support a graphic first-cut. Otherwise, you will be guessing.
