    I live in a rural area and kids try to outrun the kids on a fairly regular basis. I will guarentee that if some thug cops pumped 137 bullets into one of their cars, there would be outrage and it would not be directed toward the kids.

    And if you really believe that race doesn't factor into the equation ... well ... the next time that some cops fire off 137 rounds at some white kids attempting to outrun them ... don't kid yourself ... there won't be a next time ... it won't ever happen.

      They might also try to outrun other kids, but the issue here is speeding away from the police. When white kids do it, it is not considered a capital offense.
