      but he definitely has been the Teflon Man.  Our useless Republican-loving media ensures his faults are hidden and that he's praised whenever possible.

          This one is not up to the Media, or the electorate, or anyone else but those that are investigating and prosecuting the case.
            Given that, the facts seem to lead to an indictment of the Governor. There's a reason they lowered charges on others in exchange for co-operation. As with most cases like this one, the main idea is to get to the person in charge, and it's hard to see how that wasn't Walker.
             Also, if he's indicted, chances of a conviction would be good, as the prosecutors would not to bring a case that wasn't rock-solid.
            I expect his Defense would be a highly-paid group, so it would likely be a great spectacle to watch.
