    "No right without a remedy." As in you have no right without a remedy. Which is why libertarianism or anarchy is a crock. If you have no way to enforce your right you don't really have a right. All property law is based on that. Contract law also.

    But I think this should be fought in court — every single time. The attorney you quoted works for employers against employees interests. I would hope they seek out an attorney on their own. They may have a good contract claim — that could at least gum up the works.

    They should look to see if they could interest David Boies (sp?) in this.
