    ...and convicted for a second offense of possession of marijuana for personal use, it's a Class C felony with a minimum sentence of 1 and a maximum of 10.  Involuntary manslaughter gets you two years, with no minimum. In both cases, the convicted person can lose his or her right to vote permanently.
