  •  Do you know whether there's been (0+ / 0-)

a proportional increase, or is it just that there's been more medical MJ around and thus what was previously a relatively fringe issue is now prominent?

      that outweighs production scale.

95% of all life forms that once existed on earth are now extinct. It is only a matter of time until the Republicans follow suit.

      •  I don't know if that's the case (0+ / 0-)

but we have to deal with the fact that marijuana is still illegal under federal law, and there is still a huge bureaucracy behind enforcement of that fact.  But as I say, the budget talks are a good opportunity to rid ourselves of much if not all of that.

        •  I'm just hoping Holder goes in second term (0+ / 0-)

he is responsible for most of the policy and arrests.  Yes the DOJ has to uphold hte current law, but that does not mean they have ot actively pursue every single lead.
