    ...that anyone at the national review has ever paid any personal price for "our" "rights".  

    What they really mean is that what they claim as their "rights" is worth the price that other people pay.  

    Just like the chickenhawks that believe that wars are worth the blood sacrifice of other people's children, but not their own.

    So--it's easy--far too easy--for them to blow off the deaths of 27 people, 20 of them little children (and people in movie theaters and shopping malls can be massacred)--as long as the folks at the National Review have their "rights".
