       That's why they got rid of him.

       Democratic leaders are selected for their obsequiousness and subservience to Republicans. Dean went against that model, so he had to go.

      Now it's all back to "normal" again.

      As much as I wanted to believe Obama's populist message, I watched the news reports saying that he had collected one billion dollars for his re-election effort.  That told me who would be getting the big benefits.

       I did expect, however, that Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid would be untouched because of what happened the last time with all the lies.

        They've gotten the best government money can buy. Well, I guess Romney would have provided that...but unfortunately, they still pull the strings on the best we could vote for. ... I so hoped for more. I used to think Obama was being very clever at first but now I just see capitulation in the name of "bipartisanship" and the continued selling out of the middle and working class Americans.
