All he said on Fox News Sunday was:

WALLACE: What about… a weapon that can fire a hundred shots in a minute?

SCALIA: We’ll see. Obviously the Amendment does not apply to arms that cannot be hand-carried — it’s to keep and “bear,” so it doesn’t apply to cannons — but I suppose here are hand-held rocket launchers that can bring down airplanes, that will have to be decided.

WALLACE: How do you decide that if you’re a textualist?

    SCALIA: Very carefully.

"So that will have to be decided" is not "I've decided."

where he talked about "head axes" as being not acceptable because they were designed to scare people? Yet a rocket launcher...well, that will have to be decided.

Yes, in response to a post above, Justice Scalia does deserve to be called scum- and filth. A creature who splits hairs so fine when talking about matters literally of life and death- and berates citizens who dare to question him- all the while calling himself a true Catholic (one of the truest, in fact, as a member of Opus Dei), gets no respect from me.

My greatest hope for Justice Scalia is that he has a comfortable, fine dotage and expires at the end of a long, peaceful life.

Scalia, like a disabling condition where he will need to rely on the kindness of strangers.

There are important lessons he still hasn't learned yet (he didn't pay attention in kindergarten I guess.)

Something that doesn't make good sense, makes bad sense. That means someone is being deliberately hurtful & selfish. Look for motives behind actions & words.
