    •  It is a 10% cut in the work week with no loss in (0+ / 0-)

      pay, so the lost hours have to be made up by new hires which means new jobs to the tune of 10% of the size of the current work force which means something on the order of 10 million new jobs -  overnight.

      New jobs, New Demand, New taxpayers reduced deficit

      No downsides and long over due

        How do these hourly people make up for their now reduced incomes?
