    All guns should have those same kind of stickers on their guns.
       The only thing I would say is there should be some kind of exclusion or moderation for people who buy a gun strictly for display. As in antique guns maybe. You would have to have a policy along the lines of something museums use. Or render that gun unusable. But then that might render that gun destroyed. I don't know anything about how guns work, or the mechanisms of how they actually fire.
         This brings me to ask what do the Civil War reenactors use?

      Most of what I know about guns (very little) comes from my frequent viewing of "Pawn Stars", but currently the ATF considers all guns manufactured before 1898 antiques, and rarely are guns that old in usable condition, plus most of them are incompatible with modern ammunition. Surely such weapons could be exempted.
