    The question is a leading question because it presupposes I ever suggested a right to own a car in the first place. I suppose the Constitution guarantees a right to own a car because of the commerce clause among others. And because I enjoy full rights as a citizen the road laws exist to make sure other drivers don't deprive me of my life and liberty by driving at 180 MPH because freedom. The Constitution guarantees the government the right to designate the system of roads and penalties for bad driving and breaking laws pertaining to ownership and use of a car.
