many prescription anti nausea drugs come in SUPPOSITIORY so you CAN"T THROW THEM UP

I was on a drug  that is so short acting that if I forget to take it exactly on time  in a few hrs I have vertigo and xtreme nausea as a side effect. It would go away after I took the drug upon remembering,  but had found I could not keep it down very often by that point. Nor could I keep down oral antinausea remedies

I asked my doctor for supositories of an antinausea drug  (now unlikely to be needed since I figured it all out why it was happening)

I've used them a few times...saved the day. Nausea gone in half and hr enough that I can keep down the pills I need to take

of courese if someone has diarrhea they might not retain the suppositiory long enough for antinausea drug to be absorbed
