    Small example -- health care "vouchers" are really "coupons"; and everyone knows that a coupon is that thing you throw away because it only gets you 25 cents off a can of soup when you use it next month (if you can still find it).
    The extreme couponers in my family are mystified at the concept of a "lost" coupon.  Could you explain that?
