    Those who torture distort the meaning of honor and there is still honor to be found in a few good men and women.

      But I would like to direct you to the US Army's definition of Honor.

      "Live up to the other Six Army Values."

      Which are: Loyalty, Duty, Respect, Selfless Service, Integrity and Courage.

      Not a word about respecting the enemy in ANY of that.  It's always about "Fellow Soldiers" and Citizens of the US...  blah blah...

      IMHO the true definition of an honorable person is one who respects ALL of humanity, not just the ones on his side.

      I don't blame Christians. I blame Stupid. Which sadly is a much more popular religion these days.
