    Might be a case of

Be  careful what you wish for!!!

Anyways, wishing everyone a very Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays, one and all.

May our days be bright with doing the things that IF we had some Karma goin' on would bring us the good stuff!

    •  karma cuts both ways (0+ / 0-)

to understand what karma is, one must understand more about Eastern mysticism.  Especially the concept of "soul" and its indestructability.  One must also understand "eternal" and embrace reincarnation.

All souls which incarnate in this world come laden with karma, and every minute makes more.  Karma is "reaping what you sow" or simplfied, paying off "an eye for an eye".  Karma can be "good" or it can be "bad."  Krisna described karma as a kind of chain, made of gold or made of iron.

It is not wishful thinking or good intentions.  It is the fruit of our actions and thoughts both present and past.
it is what put us in this world, what drives the narrative of our lives, and provides fodder for future life's narrative.  It is both individual and collective.  It works beautifully and is immaculately just, even while appearing unjust to our short sighted view.

      just sayin'
